These Terms of Use govern your use of the Activ8 Life App. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
By creating an account or using the Activ8 Life App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Activ8 Life provides tools for tracking personal habits, setting goals and viewing progress trends. The App is provided for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial or legal advice.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any material changes that affect you.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may create multiple profiles within a single account (for example to track yourself or a child). You remain responsible for the data you add to those profiles.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose; (b) attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the App's security; (c) reverse engineer, scrape or overload the App; or (d) use the App in a way that could damage or impair its availability.
You own the goals, log entries, notes and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the App for you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you add.
Suggested targets in the App draw on public health guidance and academic research. They are starting points, not medical advice or guarantees of outcomes. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, finances or wellbeing.
The App can send optional weekly summaries, goal proposals, target reviews and streak nudges to your registered email. You can manage or disable these from within the App at any time.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where this applies, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds, where applicable, are handled in line with the platform you subscribed through (Google Play, Apple App Store or our web billing).
The App, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by Activ8 Life and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our permission, except as needed to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or that it will achieve any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activ8 Life and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the profile menu in the App. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
